Community Action Program for Children
About the Program
The Community Action Program for Children provides funding to community groups that promote the healthy development of young children from six months to six years of age who face challenges that put their health at risk such as:
- Poverty
- Social and geographical isolation
- Substance Abuse
- Family Violence
The goal of the CAPC is to strengthen families and support community development and healing. CAPC partners with other agencies in the community to offer programming and activities for families to learn and grow together.
